SHIPPING
- An order shipment(s) is usually completed within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. However, on occasion handling time may vary, due to order volume or special considerations specific to the item(s) purchased.
- For protection purposes, we can only ship to the verified shipping address provided to us through your transaction. We cannot ship to an alternate shipping address provided to us after a purchase has been completed.
- Shipping, handling, delivery, taxes, applicable tariffs and any other applicable charges associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Q-Novum’s liability for damage or breakage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier’s terms and conditions. Additional insurance coverage for the full value of the product may be purchased when placing your order. The appropriate request should be made when submitting an order request.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once the product has been shipped.
